Walk-Ins
We welcome walk-in clients! However, availability may be limited, which could result in a waiting period or the need to schedule an appointment for another time or seeing other technician

 

Nail Fix Policy

  • If you’re unhappy with a service, we’re happy to make adjustments within 7 days of the original service.
  • Acrylic nails, dipping powder, and gel manicures are covered under a 7-day warranty. Please provide a photo and schedule an appointment with the same technician. Note: Changing polish color may incur additional fees.
  • Regular polish services and broken nails are not covered under warranty.
  • For fixes beyond the 7-day warranty period, charges may apply.

 

Arrival Time
Please arrive on time or a few minutes early to select your polish. If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or assigned to another technician.

 

No-Show and Last-Minute Cancellations
Out of respect for our clients and technicians, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so, or no-shows, may impact your ability to book future appointments.

 

Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to decline service to:
  • Anyone with a contagious nail condition.
  • Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
  • Anyone in poor health who may risk further harm or pose a contagion risk.
  • Clients with diabetes: Please inform our technicians so we can provide care accordingly. Note: Cutting services are not permitted.
  • Clients who are rude, disrespectful, or disruptive.

 

Group Appointments

  • For groups of 10 or more, a 20% deposit is required along with a 24-hour cancellation notice.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance.

 

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in-store and online. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.

 

Children
Children are welcome but play at their own risk. Parents, please supervise your children at all times.

 

Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
  • Deferred payments are not accepted. Please ensure you have the necessary payment before receiving services. If dissatisfied with your nails, we will fix them, but failure to pay for services rendered will result in legal action.
  • For the comfort of all clients, please keep phone conversations at a moderate volume and keep electronic devices away from chemical liquids.
